A: We always recommend that you consult with a qualified trade professional for all repairs. 

Q: How much does an inspection cost?

A: Our fee is based on the size of a property and additional areas that may not be included in a standard home inspection. Please feel free to call and ask.

Q: How will I receive my report?

A: We will email a link to  your inspection report. The link will remain accessible for six months. If you would like a printed copy we can provide one for an additional small fee.

Q: Does anyone else get to see my inspection report?

A: We do not provide a link or paper copy of your report to anyone else without your prior authorization on the Pre-Inspection Agreement.
